Genuine Universal Sauce Master replacement Strainer Gasket, 1951-14. This will fit the Universal 1951 food strainer, and most older food strainers, where the screen connects with two wing-nuts. The Universal screen gasket goes around the lip of the screen, and will seal the screen to the body preventing the sauce/puree from leaking.
